ABSTRACT

Based on the existing information construction foundation of the isolation ward of the hospital, according to the relevant guidelines issued by the National Health Commission, the management of environmental isolation, disinfection, medical staff management and patient management are discussed, combining the application of Internet of things technology in hospital management, a series of new applications with distinctive features of Internet of Things (IoT) are built, and advanced technology and equipment such as Internet of Things are introduced. Realize the application scenario, implementation method and business mode of intelligent IoT in isolation ward, form an integrated data management center and monitoring system through data intelligent IoT, aggregation and operation, and realize the digital collection, processing, storage, transmission and analysis of medical information, equipment information, personnel information and management information, so as to realize medical closed-loop management, reduce the hidden danger of medical safety in isolated wards and improve the level of medical quality.

ABSTRACT

Cloud technology and the Internet of things ( IOT) technology can be used in building the patient-centered critical care medical information platform.The platform could inenable medical staff to efficiently obtain critical care medical information, and raise critical patients′ cure rates. The authors introduced the critical process of rapidly building and improving the urgent care medical information integration platform in a campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical School.The IOT platform could effectively interconnect a variety of critical care medical equipments, and features such functions as vital signs monitoring and life support, bedside treatment data retrieval, remote diagnosis and treatment, and cloud sharing. The platform featured the advantages of complete information integration, fast construction, and satisfactory system extensibility. It could improve the medical work efficiency, improve the effect of critical care, and reduce the frequency of contact with patients, hence providing references for rapidly establishing a vital care treatment platform for public health events.

This research is based on data from clinical information systems such as HIS, EMR, LIS, etc, based on the functions of the traditional paper bedside card, relying on wired network technology, using the Internet of Things technology to design and develop a multi-functional intelligent interactive electronic bedside card system for inpatients. The functional framework of the system is introduced and discussed in detail, and the design is carried out from several aspects of system architecture, network architecture, software architecture, database and software system. The results show that the system has stable performance and can ensure the real-time and accuracy of medical information. The implementation of the system can fully meet the needs of clinical first-line ward management, reduce the workload of nursing staff, improve work efficiency, and reduce the possibility of medical accidents. At the same time, it can facilitate patients to see their own health information, improve patient experience. It has important guiding significance for the development of ward management and hospital information construction.

ABSTRACT

With the advent of social aging, the development of intelligent multifunctional nursing beds that are suitable for hospitals, nursing homes, homes and the like has a wide range of applications, this paper presents an intelligent nursing bed design based on Internet of Things technology. The design uses STM32F103 as the central processor. The design is divided into nursing bed module based on tri-fold structure, central control module based on data processing, weight scale module based on weight detection, power supply module based on system power supply and host computer module based on user operation. The design uses a closed control mode, greatly improving the bed control accuracy. Experimental tests showed that under the action of the intelligent control bed control system, the error rate of bed position information driven bedboard can be less than 2%, which has high accuracy and stability.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To have a research and application on management system of cold chain facilities temperature control in the hospital and real-time monitor the temperature and humidity changes of cold-chain facilities.Methods: Based on RFID radio frequency, Internet of things and computer technology to realize the construction of the system hardware and software platform, through commissioning and case analysis for system improvement, the system was popularized and applied comprehensively.Results: After one year’s trial run, it showed that the system could accurately and effectively monitor the abnormal temperature and humidity of the hospital’s cold chain facilities and give the acousto-optic hint and remote alarm in time, effectively improving the management level of cold chain temperature control.Conclusion: The system could guarantee the fine management of the cold chain facilities temperature control, provide safe and traceable historical data, and put forward a new solution for building the quality and safety of cold chain facilities temperature control system.
